What white label crypto liquidity is

White label crypto liquidity is trade execution that one company runs under another company's brand. The end client trades in your app and sees your name. The provider executes and settles each order underneath.

CEX.IO Prime is that execution layer. You build the front end and keep the client relationship. Prime supplies the order book, conversion, the OTC desk, custody and the ledger behind them.

A white label setup saves you the venue build. You build one integration and sign with one counterparty, and your reports come from one place. Prime manages the venue accounts and connections underneath.

What crypto fiat settlement is?

Crypto fiat settlement is the final transfer of value after a trade between a digital asset and a government currency. It ends when the euros reach a bank account or the USDC reaches a wallet.

A trade fixes the price. Settlement moves the money. Between those two moments a business carries risk: funds sit with a desk, a bank or a payments partner, and each handoff adds a cut-off time and a reconciliation.

Settlement runs in two directions. An off-ramp turns crypto into fiat and pays it to a bank account. An on-ramp turns fiat into crypto and delivers it to a wallet. A settlement provider runs both directions and closes the trade on each side.

Crypto and fiat settlement on CEX.IO Prime

CEX.IO Prime settles crypto and fiat for exchanges, brokers, payment firms, fintechs and trading desks. One counterparty executes the trade and moves both legs.

One account
Your USD, EUR, GBP and digital assets sit on one multi-currency account. You buy against euros, sell into pounds and withdraw over Faster Payments from the same place.

One counterparty
CEX.IO executes the trade, sends the fiat and delivers the crypto. You sign one agreement and keep one set of payment instructions.

One ledger
Every trade, conversion and transfer posts to one ledger. Your finance team reconciles a single record.

How crypto fiat settlement works

Every settlement on Prime follows the same path. You send two instructions, the conversion and the withdrawal, and Prime runs every step between them.

Off-ramp

Crypto to fiat

Deposit. You send crypto to your Prime deposit address. Prime credits it after network confirmations.

Convert. You submit a crypto-to-fiat conversion in the portal or over the Trade API.

Execute. Prime routes the order to aggregated liquidity and fills it at one price.

Credit. Prime credits the fiat to your account. Post-trade settlement with liquidity providers runs in the background.

Withdraw. You withdraw the fiat to your own bank account over SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments or SWIFT.

On-ramp

Fiat to crypto

Fund. You send USD, EUR or GBP to your Prime account by bank transfer.

Convert. You submit a fiat-to-crypto conversion in the portal or over the Trade API.
Execute. Prime fills the order through aggregated liquidity at one price.

Credit. The asset lands on your account, or on a sub-account for a client or a business line.

Deliver. You withdraw the asset to a whitelisted wallet on the network you choose.

Fiat rails

Prime moves USD, EUR and GBP over four rails, for domestic and international transfers. Multi-currency accounts hold all three currencies on one ledger.

SEPA

Euro transfers across the SEPA area. Use it for scheduled payouts and treasury moves in euros.

SEPA Instant

Euro transfers over the instant payment scheme. Funds reach the receiving bank in seconds.

Faster Payments

Pound transfers over the UK instant scheme. Funds usually reach the receiving bank within seconds.

SWIFT

International wires through correspondent banks. Use it for USD and cross-border transfers. Delivery follows bank cut-off times.

Crypto rails

Prime settles stablecoins, BTC, ETH and 500+ digital assets on-chain across 60+ networks, Layer 1 and Layer 2.

  • Deposit addresses per sub-account. Each sub-account gets its own address for every asset and network. Prime credits deposits automatically after confirmations.

  • Whitelisted withdrawals. Funds leave only to addresses you registered, under single, dual or threshold approval.

  • Batch payouts. One batch sends up to 10,000 crypto withdrawals.

  • CEX.IO Pay. Transfers between Prime clients arrive instantly and cost nothing.

Stablecoin and cross-border settlement

Stablecoins move value across borders on-chain, at any hour.

A business converts EUR to USDC on Prime and sends it to a counterparty. When both entities hold Prime accounts, CEX.IO Pay moves the funds instantly and at no cost. When the recipient sits outside Prime, the sender off-ramps to its own beneficiary in the destination country.

Sub-accounts keep each corridor apart, so every route has its own statement.

FAQ

Crypto fiat settlement completes a trade between a digital asset and a government currency. It ends when fiat reaches a bank account or crypto reaches a wallet. It covers both directions, crypto to fiat and fiat to crypto.

On CEX.IO Prime one counterparty runs the trade, the fiat leg and the crypto leg on one account. You keep one agreement, one set of payment instructions and one ledger. Trades on a credit line settle at T+0, and transfers between Prime clients arrive instantly at no cost.

An off-ramp is one direction of settlement. It turns crypto into fiat and pays it to a bank account. Settlement covers both directions and closes the trade on each side. CEX.IO Prime runs the off-ramp and the on-ramp on the same account.

CEX.IO Prime settles USD, EUR and GBP. Funds move over SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments and SWIFT, for domestic and international transfers. Multi-currency accounts hold all three currencies on one ledger.

Speed depends on the rail. SEPA Instant and Faster Payments move funds in seconds. SEPA and SWIFT follow bank cut-off times. Fiat and crypto settle the same day, and transfers between Prime accounts arrive instantly.

T+0 means a trade settles on the trade date. On CEX.IO Prime, trades on a credit line settle at T+0. You trade without pre-funding the account and settle the position the same day.

No. T+0 sets the day of settlement. 24/7 settlement sets the hours. Crypto moves on-chain at any hour. Fiat moves on the schedule of each rail, and SEPA Instant and Faster Payments run around the clock.

With a credit line, no. CEX.IO sets up the line for each client after due diligence and a risk review, and you settle at T+0. Without a credit line, you fund your Prime account before you trade.

Yes. A payment firm funds Prime in fiat, converts to the asset its customer buys and delivers it to the customer's wallet. Sub-accounts separate each flow, and the firm's own books stay in fiat.

CEX.IO agrees fees with each client at onboarding. Transfers between Prime clients through CEX.IO Pay and moves between your own sub-accounts carry no fee.

Sign an agreement that sets scope, products and limits, and complete one onboarding. CEX.IO then configures your accounts, rails and API credentials, and a dedicated account manager supports your first transfers.

Notes

  1. Scale figures. $100B+ trading volume and 1,000+ institutional clients are aggregated CEX.IO Group figures across all group entities and products, as of 2025–2026. Trading volume means total executed volume across CEX.IO Group platforms over the last 24 months.
  2. Best available price means the best executable price identified by the routing logic among connected eligible venues at the time of execution, subject to available depth, fees, latency, market conditions, client limits and execution constraints. It is not a guarantee of the best price across the entire market: venues not connected to Prime may offer better pricing.
  3. Execution metrics. Based on CEX.IO Prime internal execution data for Q1 2026, BTC-USDT, representative $1M market orders, compared against top-of-book execution on a single venue. Fees excluded. Actual spreads, slippage, fill rates and execution outcomes vary with market conditions, liquidity, latency, order characteristics and venue availability; historical data is not a guarantee of future results.
  4. Fiat payments. Fiat payment functionality is subject to jurisdiction and eligibility and may be provided through authorised banking or payment-service partners.
